Pulte’s new Model Home at Carnes highlights the Laurel home plan.

Late last month Pulte opened their third furnished model home at Carnes Crossroads. Located six blocks beyond the Information Center at 119 Philips Park Street, the two-story, 5-bedroom home replaces the company’s two previous models, which are now private residences. The new model showcases the Laurel plan, an open, family-friendly layout with a first floor owners’ suite and flexible loft space on the second floor. The home has been designed with light and calming coastal colors and a casual contemporary aesthetic. Be sure to stop by and check it out the next time you’re at Carnes!

Active in markets across the country, Weekley has been a part of the Carnes Crossroads builder team since day one. In the fall of 2019 Sabal Homes merged with Toll Brothers, bringing one of the country’s largest and most respected luxury home builders to our community. Toll Brothers is currently in the process of completely renovating its model home at 509 Wodin Place to illustrate some of the design and quality innovations offered by Toll Brothers. Eastwood Homes

Eastwood’s Model Home at Carnes is located at 507 Wodin Place.

Eastwood Homes has a new plan approved to build at Carnes Crossroads. The Cannon is a three bedroom, two and a half bath layout designed for Eastwood’s available homesites in the Philips Park and St. James Park neighborhoods. This flexible plan includes a first floor owners suite and two bedrooms plus a loft space on the second floor and options for kitchen, bath and living area enhancements.
